GIPPEUN began with exactly that question.
THE PROBLEM
Spicules used to be
sponge, as found.
Spicules are fine needle structures harvested from sea sponge. Taken straight from nature, they came in every shape and size. Long needles meant irritation was unavoidable, and they broke at the slightest impact.

THE QUESTION
Better and gentler.
Could it be done?
"Far better than before, with none of the sting." The question looked unanswerable. It was where GIPPEUN started.
THE ANSWER
The answer: redesign the spicule.
After extensive research, GIPPEUN rebuilt the spicule from scratch using plant-derived vegan material — far smaller and more uniform than anything found in nature, and able to carry far more active ingredient. The beginning of the 100% vegan ultra-fine spicule.
THE RESULT
Smaller — and it
reached deeper.
As the structure shrank, it spread across skin at a far higher density — and the sting disappeared. More shots in the same volume. Everything changed.
Conventional spicules could carry actives in roughly 3% of their volume; GIPPEUN reaches up to 70%. Irritation index measured in a human application study at HUMAN Skin Clinical Trial Center.
