To verify "less irritation without losing delivery," GIPPEUN ran a series of studies on both the serum and the cream at HUMAN Skin Clinical Trial Center. Here are the results, one by one.

Unlike first-generation spicules: irritation index 0.00.

First-generation spicules left stinging and redness alongside their results. NEO SHOT was different. In a patch test on 33 highly sensitive panelists, both the serum and the cream scored an irritation index of 0.00 — non-irritating, the highest grade.
